The scores indicate the percentage of positive responses for each category. For example, the Supervision category includes ten different questions, such as “My supervisor treats me fairly.” If 90 out of 100 employees agree with that statement AND the other nine questions in the category, the score for Supervision will be 90.

Take special note of each category. If job security is not particularly important to you, a low or “WIP” score in that category may not matter. If it’s critical to your job satisfaction to be recognized for your accomplishments, you should pay special attention to the “Recognition” category.
