What happens next? If an employer in the Sheboygan County area contacts us with a job opening, we will conduct a survey of their employees. After we compile the results of that survey, the employer may contact us whenever they have job openings. If one of their openings matches the type of job you desire and their scores are high in the categories you selected as most important, we will contact you. If you’re interested, we give you the information you need to find out more about the position. If you’re not interested, you can pass on that opportunity and wait for something better.

We will never give your name to an employer without your permission. We only give you the opportunity to pursue the job opening, often before it is published. If your skills, goals, and personality appear to be a good fit for the employer, you may get the job without having to compete against other candidates.

Still not sure this is right for you? Let us help you decide. Can you relate to any of the following statements?

I’m too busy to look for a new job. You don’t have to look. Even if you’re too busy to check the job boards or newspaper ads, we can let you know if one of our clients (employers) has an opening. The only time required of you is to contact the employer if you’re interested in the lead we give you.

I don’t have time to interview at several different employers. We won’t contact you for every opening we receive. We will screen them, only passing on the ones that fit your preferences best. If you’re too busy at that time, you simply don’t pursue it.

I don’t like change. Few of us do. Often we endure a job or an employer for longer than we should just because we’re afraid of the unknown. But this isn’t the unknown. You will see the results of employee surveys conducted by an unbiased company (The Right Fit, LLC). These results will show you exactly what the current employees think. What a great way to try out a company without ever leaving the comfort of your couch!

I haven’t applied for another job in years. I wouldn’t know where to start. Depending on the job and the employer, it may not be as difficult as you expect. Many employers are anxious to fill positions and are eager to make the process as simple as possible. You could be in your new job in just a few weeks!

I don’t want to be bothered with multiple contacts. That won’t happen. Remember, we will only contact you if the employer scores high in the specific categories you select and the job matches your description. In fact, it is very possible that you will never hear from us, especially if you request a very specific job, shift, etc.

I can’t afford it. Of course you can. It’s free! Even if we give you the information and you get the job, there is no cost to you.
