Recruiting Services

We assist several local employers in finding qualifed applicants for their open positions.  Because we focus on this geographic area, we are able to find candidates who already live here or those who wish to return.  This eliminates the disappointment of finding the perfect candidate, only to find they can't convince their spouse to move to the North Pole.

After eliminating the relocation roadblock, we focus on determining a cultural fit.  This can be done by comparing information provided by the employer to the results of a preference survey completed by the candidates.  This will allow both the employer and the candidates to consider if this is a good fit for them. 

Employee Surveys

Employers who recognize the importance of cultural fit can also take advantage of our employee surveys.  Before administering the survey, we meet with the management team to determine goals for the survey.  This goal setting session enables employers to compare the survey results to their own stated goals, rather than the results of other employers.  It also predisposes them to action if the goals are not met. 

The survey adresses topics including fairness, trust, recognition, etc. (visit our home page for more information).  Each category receives a score, which indicates how the employees currently view the company's culture.

Employers who have used employee attitude surveys are familiar with the process. The Right Fit, however, helps you advertise your results, if you choose to do so.  At no additional charge, we will publish your results on our web site. Anyone interested in employment in Sheboygan County will get a preview of what it would be like to work in your organization. What a great recruiting tool!

What if you don't score high in all categories? No problem. In fact, a variance of scores will help you prescreen job seekers. Consider a job seeker who has a high need for recognition. He or she will never be happy in a culture where recognition is rare. It is better for both employer and employee to know that before either spends time, money, and energy interviewing, negotiating and training the new employee.
