Q. What if we aren’t happy with the scores?
A. You have three options:

1. You can choose not to publish anything. After addressing some of the issues, you can administer the survey again, hopefully resulting in scores that are more acceptable to you.

2. You can choose to publish all the scores, knowing it will help you prescreen applicants.

3. You can publish the high scores and substitute a “WIP” (work in process) score for your categories with extrememly low scores. This will tell potential employees about your strengths and assure them that you are always striving to improve. Return to top of page

A. Yes, initially you will see how your company scores compare to the results that are compiled from the “job seeker” segment of our website. In the future, you will also see how your organization compares to other Sheboygan County employers who participate in the survey. Return to top of page
