When we were originally approached by The Right Fit to do an employee assessment, we were not sure of the benefit. Now we are very glad we went ahead and would recommend it to any size company.

The detailed reporting showed us where we were doing well as an employer and areas that needed improvement. The assessment has allowed us to address areas of concern, which benefits us and our employees.

We are a small company and thought we knew our employees and their preferences very well. The survey, however, uncovered many surprises. Some were pleasant surprises. Others helped us to see and understand concerns we didn't know existed. 

Best of all, this survey helped us define and articulate who we are. When recruting or interviewing, we are able to show people what our employees think of us. We just give them a copy of the survey report. If they like what they see, we both know they will like working with us. Many times that makes the difference between hiring the person we really want or losing them to some other company.
