Tool & Die Makers

Experienced Tool & Die makers, mold makers and Tool & Die Journeymen needed.  Looking for qualified, experienced individuals for full-time positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts.  Positions include a competitive wage and comprehensive benefit package including:  medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage; vacation, holiday, flexible spending plan, life insurance, short-term disabiity coverage, 401(k) and pension plans.

Manager of Financial Compliance

Responsibilities include risk management, Worker's Compensation, all financial compliance, support the Corporate Controller with external reporting related to audits, and benefit plans, developing formal accounting policies and procedures and internal audit function and monitoring all debt compliance requirements.  Could become involved with M & A support as well as operational audits. 

The successful candidate can proficiently manage contracts, the ability to read and interpret technical information and translate it into laypersons ters, and the ability to manage and prioritize work responsibilities.  Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA prior public auditing experience combined with 2+ years manufacturing experience, strong GAAP experience, along with advanced skills in Excel, Work and Power Point.

 

CMM Technician

Primary responsibilities include performing product inspections, operating CMM equipment, writing CMM programs and performing gauge calibrations.  This positions requires previous CMM experience, the abilioty to read blue prints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.  Attention to detail is a must.  Experience and training in PC-DMIS software language is preferred.  Classroom training in CMM is a plus.

Program Manager

Program Manager responsibilities will include planning, directing and controlling the engineering support services which includes, but is not limited to, defining, developing and launching all new programs on time and on budget, coordinating projects with other functional departments, simultaneous engineering with customers, customer engineering approvals, manufacturing and product engineering services assuring a profitable, cost effective and timely service to the customers and the operating plant. 

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering and a minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in program/project management in high volume OEM Automotive Industry, die casting preferred.  Must have a working and technical knowledge of customer specific requirement/procedures, GDT, SPC, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, QS9000 and other tools used as required. 

 

CNC Technician

(4 openings, prefer 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Successful candidates will have experience programming, fixturing, tooling, troubleshooting for conventional CNC's.  Prior CNC experience is required, two year technical programs or equivalent with experience are preferred.

Maintenance Technician

(2 openings per shift)

Individuals with troubleshooting experience in hydraulics, electronic problem solving and pneumatics who are graduates from two-year technical programs or their equivalent.  In addition, experience with servicing die cast machines, robotocs and programmable controllers is a plus.

Robotics Technician

(2 openings)

Sucessful candidates will have experience with maintaining, troubleshooting and programming high speed manufacturing robots, preferably ABB, 5-axis configuration. Some stong problem solving skills are required.  Prior robotics sourcing experience is an added plus.  Troubleshooting experience in hydraulics, electronic problem solving and pneumatics with completion of two year technical programs or their equivalent is preferred.
